AI + Software Development Company Content +
PPC Marketing Campaigns
The Result: 5+ New Clients in the $500K – $1M Range
The Problems:
- A software company was struggling to pull in new enterprise software development clients.
- They weren’t seeing any real return from PPC advertising.
- They primarily sought clients in their city and the surrounding area.
The Solution:
- Enterprise clients and SMEs tend to focus on ROI as a key KPI, so we developed landing pages with case studies that illustrated how the company developed software that addressed a client’s problems or pain points in a way that generated a tangible ROI.
- We selected case studies that would resonate with business leaders in one of the targeted industries, such as logistics, e-commerce, and finance.
- The company president and COO indicated that when they meet with a prospective client in person, they typically close 9 out of 10 deals.
- With in-person meetings leading to such a high close rate, we performed a highly-geotargeted PPC campaign revolving around industry-specific pain points and presenting the company’s software as a solution.
✨The Outcome✨
These PPC ads sent traffic to the case study landing pages, and together with organic traffic from search engine optimization (SEO), the company acquired 3 new clients in the $500K+ range and 2 in the $1M+ range.

Law Firm Content + Email Marketing Campaigns
The Result: 17 New Clients and 425% Increase in Organic Traffic in Under a Year
The Problem:
- A law firm sought to connect with new clients for mass tort and class action lawsuits.
- They wanted to focus on cases involving mesothelioma, hernia mesh, transvaginal mesh, knee replacements, and blood thinners such as Xarelto.
The Solution:
- This strategy involved developing multiple websites, each targeting a specific type of case (i.e., hernia mesh or mesothelioma, etc.)
- We developed SEO-friendly content, with each piece of content targeting a specific keyword phrase that a prospective client may be searching.
- We built a web of related content that would pull in and engage prospective clients.
- We focused on common questions and concerns that this audience is Googling, with a focus on mid- and lower-funnel topics to minimize the sales cycle duration.
- We used data from Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, and Hotjar heatmaps to refine the approach and to gain an even greater understanding of user paths and their level of engagement.
- We authored multiple whitepapers, ebooks, and other forms of gated content.
- Users were required to enter an email address and phone number to access this content. They also had the chance to opt in to an automated series of emails and highly-targeted email marketing campaigns.
✨The Outcome✨
The search engine optimized content marketing efforts, together with the email marketing campaign, led to a 425+ increase in website traffic. These marketing efforts generated a total of 17 new clients in the span of nearly a year.

Brand Strategy Overhaul for a Spirits Company
The Result: 4 New Distributor Partnerships and 175% Increase in Sales Over 6 Months
The Problems:
- A relatively young spirits brand – backed by a prominent name – was struggling to form relationships with new distributors.
- This limited product availability on store shelves.
- They sought to increase sales both online and in-store.
- They needed to form new connections with distributors nationwide.
The Solution:
- First order of business: create distinctive, well-defined brand messaging and a style guide that would govern the development of a new website, new labelling, new social media graphics, and the like.
- Next came the content campaign, with search engine-optimized landing pages. PPC ads and organic traffic that funneled prospective customers to the online shop.
- A social media campaign was used to engage existing and prospective customers with promo codes, drink recipes, and in-store events.
- All of these campaigns leveraged the founder’s prominence, appealing to this individual’s fan base.
✨The Outcome✨
Over 6 months, the brand identity was refined, and content, social media, and PPC campaigns drove sales, leading to a 175% increase in sales. It also resulted in the formation of 4 new distributor partnerships.
This result was above and beyond what was predicted, due to the amount of foundational work that was required (e.g., new product labelling, website development, branding work, etc.) Future months saw even more aggressive sales growth thanks to the well-defined brand identity and the already-established sales funnel, which has been continually improved and optimized using analytics and engagement metrics.

Aesthetician Branding + Website + Social Media
The Result: 300+ New Clients in 24 Months
The Problems:
- A longtime aesthetician sought to branch out on her own after working for a well-known aesthetics clinic.
- The client had no personal brand or business brand, so we had to establish this from scratch.
- The client plans to include an augmented reality- and AI-powered tool that would allow prospective clients to “preview” the results of various peels, laser treatments, and ultimately — after she expands her practice to include medical professionals — injections of filers such as Botox.
The Solution:
- Messaging and brand development were the first priority, in addition to identifying the various types of prospective clients, who were divided into “segments.”
- Once the brand identity, messaging, and overall marketing strategy were developed, we moved on to developing a user-friendly and AI- and search engine-optimized website.
- We developed a library of gated content with guides on common types of facials, peels and laser treatments, with info on what to expect during and after, including guides for recovery.
- Guests had to enter their email and phone number to access this gated content, allowing them an opportunity to opt in to the aesthetician’s email marketing campaign. This was an opportunity to demonstrate expertise and boost long-term engagement.
- The website included tools for scheduling appointments and submitting a request for an in-person consultation. This served to improve engagement and increase long-term client retention.
- We optimized the website for local SEO and AI search.
- We authored content on the most popular types of facials, peels and laser treatments, along with recovery tips for each treatment, with an emphasis on addressing common skin ailments, questions, and concerns. These efforts increased website traffic and improved performance in local search results. Over time, these efforts transformed the aesthetician’s website into a valuable lead generation tool.
- The aesthetician captured “before” and “after” photos for use on the website and social media. We developed a compelling social media marketing campaign, highlighting the improvements following various facials, peels, laser treatments, etc.
✨The Outcome✨
The aesthetician’s website, email marketing, and social media marketing campaign pulled in over 300 clients in the first 24 months — a remarkable number considering that this was a new business without a pre-existing brand presence.
This metric is expected to rise with the addition of an AI and augmented reality-powered feature that allows users to preview the effects of various peels, laser treatments, facials, and soon, Botox and fillers.
